OCZ EL PC4000 vs. Kingston HyperX PC4000

Last week we reviewed what is most probably the best motherboard if you are going for an overclocked P4 2.4C system. The Abit AI7 offered a ton of tweaking and OC options, and voltage settings galore.

But what RAM should you get to go with that? If you are planning on pushing your FSB to 1000 MHz and beyond while maintaining a 1:1 ratio, regular DDR400 just isn’t going to do.

Today we’ll look at two options capable of DDR500; one from OCZ and one from Kingston. While they both advertise DDR500 capability, you know we are going to try to push it beyond that… Which one wins?
